Namasté Friends ~ Can you believe it's February already? We are well into 2018. How are you doing? January was an interesting month for many, but I'm convinced we can look back and celebrate all things, even the difficulties. January can have its ups and downs with illness, bitter cold temps, challenges with motivation and energy. Maybe you felt like January was kicking you in the teeth. I know I had some ups and downs personally with energy and with resistance, but I can also look to those moments as necessary for my continued growth on this journey. As I approach my 48th journey around the sun, I'm still learning how to maneuver through self-discovery. I'm still learning what's mine and what isn't. I feel fortunate to be on this healing path, but I know patterns run deep and they will rear their ugly head at times to shake me up a bit. That's fine! I'm ready! Bring it on! If you're here, more than likely you're a student, a follower of my blog, or family / friend. Regardless, I'm glad you're here. If you've been keeping up, you should know that I'm not going to Tuck My Fringe to please anyone. What you can count on is that I am sharing my journey authentically and I know it's not for everyone. Everything that I share, whether in my classes, on my blog or in my meditations is something that I'm going through. I don't expect it to resonate with everyone, but if it speaks to you then I'm glad. This is a journey of self-discovery and uncovering. I will share my gift through yoga and meditation and there is so much more to come for all of us!

Please NOTE! I am taking a VACATION! This is my first vacation since 2012! This is much needed time for a change of scenery. I will be gone from February 28th thru March 5th. I will keep you posted on class schedule during those days as I am looking for subs. More than likely it will be a limited schedule as I'm not sure I can secure someone for every class. Introducing Monthly Private Journey Sessions with Jeannine
Whether you are new to the journey or deep into self-discovery, spending a month of focused self-care will take you further down your path. I have designed a curriculum to remove obstacles, create healthy habits and consistency. A month of focused attention includes three 1:1 75 - 90 minute sessions (first session is 90 minutes to include initial assessment review), weekly emails and journaling exercises centered around our sessions and a recorded meditation written specifically for your journey. Each session will include yoga, meditation & healing touch. During the month we will work on clarity, courage, healthy boundaries and connecting to our inner mentor.
